The review

A Great Book

The Right Questions

It is in the decisions we make every day that we own the power over our lives. Some decisions are trivial while others will strongly shape our future, even if it is sometimes difficult to know which is what. We are our decisions. The Right Questions is a book which totally focuses on coaching the reader to make their own choices based on inner listening through asking oneself ten powerful questions. The author is the internationally known American psychologist Debbie Ford.

Every choice we make either strengthens or diminishes our life energy. Every time we decide against the conviction of our heart we weaken our life force, according to Debbie Ford. A weak life force makes us susceptible to worry, negative thoughts and self-doubt. A strong life force gives us trust, energy, visions and pushes us to greater self-awareness.

The right questions will wake us out of our everyday "trance" of unconscious choices and fully into conscious life-enhancing decisions based on our deepest convictions, according to the author. The questions are designed to pass our intellect and go straight to our inner listening. One of the questions are: "Does this choice fill me with strength and power or does it take away strength and power?"

The book gives many vivid examples on how people, with the aid of the questions, have left a life on "autopilot" to go to a life of conscious decisions.

The Right Questions is a very clear and straight forward book for anyone wanting to adjust the course of their life by inner listening. It is especially suited for those who are already on their life path.
